HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the implementation and development of HR policies.
  • Support recruitment processes, employment contracts, and interactions with official platforms (Qiwa, GOSI).
  • Assist in organizing employee records and digital files.
  • Support training and development activities and help improve the work environment.
  • Participate in projects related to system building, policy development, and organizational structuring.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or similar administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong skills in organization, communication, teamwork, and professional commitment.
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Quick learner with the ability to contribute to system development and continuous improvement.
