HR Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation and development of HR policies.
- Support recruitment processes, employment contracts, and interactions with official platforms (Qiwa, GOSI).
- Assist in organizing employee records and digital files.
- Support training and development activities and help improve the work environment.
- Participate in projects related to system building, policy development, and organizational structuring.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or similar administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong skills in organization, communication, teamwork, and professional commitment.
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
- Quick learner with the ability to contribute to system development and continuous improvement.
