Responsibilities:
- Organizing and archiving files, contracts, and invoices.
- Answering phone calls, postal mail, and emails.
- Preparing and printing official documents and forms (requests, reports, minutes).
- Monitoring employee attendance and preparing timesheets.
- Coordinating between various departments (management, finance, HR, site).
- Following up on work site needs (materials or labor).
- Supporting project engineers in preparing schedules and reports.
- Coordinating with official entities (Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Archiving and tracking contracts and tenders.
- Assisting in organizing meetings and site visits.
