Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and archiving files, contracts, and invoices.
  • Answering phone calls, postal mail, and emails.
  • Preparing and printing official documents and forms (requests, reports, minutes).
  • Monitoring employee attendance and preparing timesheets.
  • Coordinating between various departments (management, finance, HR, site).
  • Following up on work site needs (materials or labor).
  • Supporting project engineers in preparing schedules and reports.
  • Coordinating with official entities (Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
  • Archiving and tracking contracts and tenders.
  • Assisting in organizing meetings and site visits.
